My husband and I have been getting in the Christmas spirit early this year!  So far we have made Snowball cookies, peanut butter chocolate chip cookies and toffee cookie bars.  I’m always looking for more inspiration and today I came across a quick video by Food Network on Christmas cookies.  It explains the difference between forms of cookies: ice box, drop, rolled, hand-formed, bar cookies and hand-pressed cookies.
